You just had no use for them last year. It’s not bad on you! Great photos for this week’s theme Helen 🙂

Thanks, Cee. You don’t know how many exercise related equipment we have bought. We always had a great plan, but failed on executing. 😉

I love your bike photos. I used to love to ride my bike when I lived in Philadelphia. It was so much fun to ride in the city. And it was fairly level ground. Virginia is hilly. Just riding around the neighborhood wears me out. In the summer, I pull the bike down to ride to the pool and back home again – that’s about three streets over and two blocks down 🙂
P.S. I buy exercise stuff, too. I have a ballet barre and tons of yoga equipment and DVD’s. I have purchased so many other things in the past that have been sold or put out to the curb or stored in the garage or a closet. Good intentions. But, would I rather blog or exercise when I have free time? Need I say more?

Good morning, Robin. I am so glad that I am not the only one who bought a lot of exercise stuff. With good intention, of course. 😉 I, too, rather blogging than exercising, but I began to feel how important exercise is to us (my body tells me repeatedly) and now I am trying to find a balance… still working on it.
We bike a lot when we grew up and I never had any problem, but for some reason, nowadays when I bike my bottom hurt. I think I need a bigger seat and maybe a new bike, old fashioned bike that I can sit up… 😉
Have a great day.

We moved to this house because it is close to a biking trail. I really hope we can bike more this year. I hope.

Well hopefully you enjoy biking – that’s a good motivator. I love it- gives me a chance to exercise in the fresh air and explore the countryside at a slower pace than the car. Plus it helps if there’s an ice cream stand on the route. 🙂

Funny you said that… one biking trail in Lanesboro that we used to take, after 30 minutes of biking, you will see an ice cream and pie shop. Yes, that really helped. 😉

I am sure you have fun without the bikes 🙂

Yes, golfing, hiking… I love Minnesota, but I do think this winter is a little too cold. 😉

I love biking….I’m hoping with the time change I will get some evening rides in next week. I do like Sue’s plan….ride to ice cream! There is a food truck park on our river trail….we usually plan long walks or rides so we end up there for lunch!

I used to like biking. Your comment reminded me to stop at the bike shop sometime to buy a bigger seat 😉 I think I will like it much better if the seat is more comfortable. Ha.
