    • I immediately thought of the same thing, Cee. That’s what I think when I see plates covered with mud or those plastic covers that appear to be tinted and you can’t read the plate at all. Nice catch, Helen.

        Good morning, Cee and Janet. I thought the same way too, but whoever drove the car was a good driver, so I wasn’t sure. Maybe it’s just a after-having-so-many-cold-days humor? 😉
