Share Your World – 2015 Week #3

IMG_2064s

I haven’t shared my world often, not because I didn’t want to, but because some of the questions were very difficult to answer. I have to do it this time because I know who I want to invite for dinner!

Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?

Cee, Chris, Tree, Amy, Lois, Roberta, Janet, Susan, Carol, Randall, Ben… etc. I guess it will be a big dinner party… or many dinners? I am impressed with all of you, each with a slightly different reason. I like you guys so much that I am willing to take a cooking lesson! But this is only a Q&A (ha ha), so let me, at least, say “You are wonderful! Thank You!”

When did you last sing to yourself? To someone else?

I sing when I feel happy or when I feel down. Last time I sang to myself was probably last week – I don’t even remember why.

Last time I sang to someone else was one day last Nov., while holding my great nephew. Every time I sang, he fell asleep, so I kept singing.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?

Like Robin (I believe it was her), I like to worry less. I have to learn to let go things that I can not change. It’s hard sometime,,, when you love someone so much and want to help him so much, but nothing you did had made any difference.

I like to be able to swim. Water makes me happy. Maybe I will take a lesson when it’s getting warmer.

What, if anything, is too serious to be joked about?

Religions — I try not to joke about it.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I had coffee with one local magazine writer and found out a good place to do some volunteer work. Due to schedule conflict, I haven’t contact them yet, but I am excited. And soon after my Pilates class ends, I will check it out. And I like my Pilates for Golf class a lot.

Not sure what I am looking forward to. Surprise me, I guess.

I agree with you about religion. I am not a religious person myself but I would never make fun of somebody else’s beliefs. Like your photo!

Not sure how that happened. I clicked on my gravatar next to my comment and then clicked on all three of my blog links and they all came up. Would you mind trying again and let me know what happens. Thanks!

When you click the photo, you will get gravatar, but when you click the name, usually, it will take you to the blog site. When I click RMW, it says gggoodlife.wordpress.com is no longer existed. Hope this helps. Helen

I am wondering… if you go to “Site Admin” -> Users -> “My Profile” and scroll down until you see LINK. is it possible you have an old blog site listed there? Just a thought… Helen
