War

I am scared of war even though I have never experienced one.

When I was young, I had this recursive dream that many fighter planes flying right above my head, dropping bombs everywhere. Every time, in the dream, I was running home. I knew running on street was not a good idea, but I just had to go home to make sure my parents were ok.

I had never experienced war; I had not watched any war movie. The only thing I knew about war was what I saw in my dream.

I wonder what had happened in my previous life.

It was quite scary. I was so close to home and yet I kept falling to the ground and just couldn’t reach home. But after having the same dream for several times, I developed an “immune system”. While still in the dream, I would suddenly realize that I had gone through this situation before and it was just a dream. That was good 😉

It’s a strong dream, you want to arrive to someplace place and never reaching it, now imagine in a war.

Good morning, Elizabeth. What you said makes a lot of sense. My parents loved us, did a lot for us, and would do anything for us. But they were not the type that hugged their kids. They didn’t even talk to us much. I always thought my neighbor had a warmer home than us. I still love my family a lot, of course.

I have vertigo and I dream almost nightly of being on some cliff, looking down and feeling as though I would fall. Think I’d rather that than your dreams.
